Emma Judd graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology & Counselor Education with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Art degree from Tennessee Technological University and the Appalachian Center for Craft. Her interests lie in holistic and integrative health and wellness, as well as expressive arts therapy and neuroscience in counseling. Emma is interested in treatment modalities that treat the whole person and include nutritional, physical, spiritual, and mental interventions. Treatment modalities often used in therapy include Mindfullness Based Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. Emma has worked both in private practice and in an inpatient psychiatric unit. She has experience working with adolescents, college students, adults, couples, and families.
Emma currently accepts TennCare clients, private pay, and sliding scale.
Emma joined the IPC team as an intern in January 2014, and a full time therapist in December 2014.
